[sword-devel] some ThML test files

I posted the ThML files I promised for those of out testing out the ThML
filters from the CVS.  They're on the alpha site
(http://www.crosswire.org/sword/ALPHAcckswwlkrfre22034820285912/alpha/).
scofield.tar.gz is Scofield's notes in English (whole Bible), gerscof.tar.gz
is Scofield's notes in German (Genesis-Qohelet only).  When the filters are
working better, included in a non-dev tree, and implemented in the
frontends, we can move these into the regular module archive.
