[mobile-devel] Updated French translation for and-Bible

Hi Marcin,

Many thanks.

1. If a translation is missing it will fall back to the default text so e.g.
if the version string is missing the default English text will be used so
nothing will be break.
2. I may not always be consistent but try.
3. I think this is correct.
4. Somebody else asked this.  And Bible tends to target people who are not
hard core Sword users and felt that document would be a simpler and more
meaningful word that module.  I realise many will disagree.

The strings and arrays xml documents seem great Marcin but the properties
file does not seem to be a translation of the one I sent although it does
seem to be a valid translation of another document so I am not sure what
happened.  It should have Bible section names for translation in it e.g.
Gospels, History, Letters, etc.
