[bt-devel] Crash in Bookshelf Manager with Xiphos module

The Xiphos module in this case is actually invalid; name in the .conf file
"can only contain A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and _." (
http://crosswire.org/wiki/DevTools:confFiles). This has been reported to the
Xiphos modules maintainer. Of course, Bibletime still shouldn't crash in
this situation...
