n.b. The layout corrects itself when a module is opened, for me at least.

For the reasons discussed in IRC, I'm not even bothering with SWORD
1.6 until after 1.6.1 when Troy hopes to have a fix for the UTF16/NTFS
bug and BibleTime has been updated to handle the 1.6 changes and
tested for it.  As an interesting development - not sure if this is
because of Visual Studio, Qt 4.5 or something I did wrong in the build
or some weird BibleTime bug, but my build against Qt 4.5 runs
excruciatingly slow, often pegging out one of the cores of my
processor for about 10-15 seconds before even acknowledging a mouse
click to open a menu or the Bibles tree or something like that.
