Summary: remove bar indicator of drag&drop dest in Bookshelf

Initial Comment:
I'm using BT 1.5.3 with KDE 3.5.1 from Debian
unstable.

Using drag&drop to look up a verse in one of the
Bookshelf's Bibles displays bot a bar and a frame to
indicate which would be my current drag&drop
destination.

The frame however is misleading: the drag&drop
destination is indicated by the module above the bar.
There are situations however where the frame is
around the module below the bar.

Additionally, the frame alone rather than the bar
should be used to indicate the dest module: the bar
indicates a position between entries (perfect with
creating bookmarks) but a frame indicates a specific
module.
