Summary: Alt+Ctrl+K (Ctrl+K) not always working (002)

Initial Comment:
Version: BT 1.4.1.3.3.0,Suse
Observation: When opening several bibles with the main
index in the module tree, the shortcut Ctrl+K (Window/
Close all) works sometimes, other times it does not.
(Only Alt+W, C, C, Enter works always).
-> Make it work always.
DanielG: Could you give an example of when it doesn't
work please?
Version: BT 1.5pre
WolfgangS: Shortcut changed to Alt+Ctrl+W: Sometimes it
works, sometimes it does not:
- Loading a (previous created Session) and then
immediately pressing Alt+Ctrl+W: nothing happens
- Loading a (previous created Session) pressing Alt+W,
then pressing Alt+Ctrl+W, it works
-> Make it work always.
Observation: In bt 1.6beta1 same problem: Loading a
previously saved Desktop, the hotkey Alt+Ctrl+W does
not work
-> Make it work always.

Bug is still present. Seems that the key event does not trigger the action
for some reason.

I can confirm this. However, I've got no clue what causes this. Could it
be the session loading code?
