Summary: Bookshelf off/on restores works-window

Initial Comment:
When
- there are several works open and the Windows are auto-arranged and
- one work window is maximized,
this maximized feature gets lost as soon as the Bookshelf is switched on or off.
This does not happen if (manual) tiling is actived.

-> I suppose that this is not a feature but a bug: Let the maximized feature be kept in auto-arragnement mode if the Bookshelf is switched on or off.

The first entry is a bug, and this is fixed in SVN and will be corrected
in the next major release (1.7), which you can expect soon.
The comment is not a bug, because if the user selects auto arrangement
this is what can be expected: auto-rearrangement of the windows, if a new
window is opened.

The same happens, if several works are open in auto-tiling
one work window is maximized
Bookshelf is open and a new work is opened (by the bookshelf)
