The reference selector looks useful, but I agree with Joachim that
things that control individual display windows belong in their menubar.
Whereas things that control things application wide belong in the main
menubar.

I would interpret this with regard to bible texts as all open bibles
need to move together.  Reset index in all display windows to equal the
selected window, then -->

>   Jump one verse
>>  Jump one chapter
>>> Jump one book

Commentaries can jump the same as bibletext.

Other types of modules Books, Lexicons etc. probably don't need to jump
in concert with the bibletexts and commentaries.  Not sure what to
suggest
