I heard that the SVG icons will be in 3.1. And I heard that these SVG icons 
do not look pretty with small icon sizes. We should care about this. 

Guidelines should be on http://artists.kde.org/. And I'd suggest to wait for 
the 1.1 icons because we will probably still use them in KDE3.
