[bt-devel] Docs - revised fonts section again

A problem. The line in the install/unicode/index.docbook

<!-- TRANS:ROLES_OF_TRANSLATORS -->

will appear in the translated docbook file as

ROLES_OF_TRANSLATORS (if I don't translate it).
That seems to conflict with the DTD, becaue <bookinfo> is not expected to 
contain CDATA. 
Fred, what is this comment for, and why must it be translated, and why does 
the translated docbook file skip the <!-- --> tags around it?
