Cool.
Actually, now it works as follows: whenever one of our specific 
subdirectories exists (e.g. cs/handbook/html), the gen_am.sh file will add it 
to the install process. Therefore the corresponding KDE doc dir (cs/handbook) 
will be filled with symlinks to the english files.
Either you disable the language in gen_am.dat, or you delete the html 
directory (in this example), to prevent this directory from being installed.
