Ok, that is good. But I think since we use HTML the strongs should either
be
plain text (e.g 79595) or HTML (as displayed in presenters), but not 
like <79595>, as it can happen now, because the personal presenter will
not display them in this case.

That is the correct behaviour.

I think so (but I'm not sure). But it should be easy, the button state
will be used in viewportMouseMoveEvent to determine whether to expand the verse
reference or not.
