[bt-devel] Groupmanager

Hi all!

I changed a little bit the groupmanager, so the follwoing things do really 
work now:
	-exporting bookmarks
	-importing bookmarks
	-saving the position of modules (we do not use the standard groups for them 
any more)
	-item highlighting while dragging should be correct now

Please test the functions above and send reports if it doesn't work!

I also made autoScrolling working again (anchorAt was removed somehow, so I 
have to use a different x-value):

I hope we fixed now the bugs and I hope we are ready for 0.3final (still 
waiting for replies of the translators I emailed).
