[sword-devel] Sword utilities (Win32) r2741 ?

If neither of those versions are now the latest release, would someone kindly
compile Sword *-r2741* for Win32 and upload the utilities package to the ftp
mirror.

Likewise, if osis2mod has been changed since *r2693*, please would they edit
the section of our wiki page to describe the significant changes.
