[sword-devel] Bug tracker for Perl scripts?

CrossWire Bugs ( http://www.crosswire.org/bugs/ )  has no separate Project
for tracking issues in our Perl scripts.

There are some serious issues with those that affect module preparation,
namely: usfm2osis.pl xreffix.pl and title-cleanup.pl

We therefore need a proper tracker.

We also need someone to become the "pumpkin holder"!
