I'm not sure. That work was done as part of the KJV2003 effort.

This corresponds to the version in the beta repository.

As David noted we are cleaning up mistakes. 

It will be released this year.

Not that I know. It is a great idea. 

There is a goal to have the OT morph codes actually be useful.
