[sword-devel] Portuguese Biblia Livre (PorLivre) updates

There's an aspect of the CrossWire module PorLivre that is not as good as the
one made by Brad Greco.

PorLivre version 1.0 does not retain the [square brackets] used for
translator's added words.

It would be sensible if the text to be used for our next revision were to be
preprocessed first to USFM, in order to have the correct markup
\add_...\add*, and then converted to OSIS using usm2osis.pl

Other features could be implemented at the same time.
