[sword-devel] Looking for vpl reference

In the vpl text I have, I started like this:

LAS SAGRADAS ESCRITURAS - REINA VALERA RESTAURADA VERSIÓN 2011

GÉNESIS
Capítulo 1
En el principio creó el Poderoso los cielos y la tierra...

according to the format that vpl2mod expects.  Now, in imp format,
should I drop the first lines that describe the bible name, book name
and chapter?  Should I just start with:

$$$Genesis 1:1
En el principio creó el Poderoso los cielos y la tierra...

al the first line of the document and continue in a similar way?
