This is how our source text versifies Ps 114. I've seen Ps 114:9 in some 
printed Bibles, which is why we added it to the versification system. 
But I have also seen printed Bibles in which Ps 114:8 & 9 are both 
placed in Ps 114:8, so I believe this is an editorial decision made by 
the maintainers of our source text.

I'll check into this, but it sounds like a software bug.
