[sword-devel] TSK Commentary into generic cross-references

Do so. I would be very interested in this too.

There are three parts to the TSK:

Chapter summaries
straight verse references
key word references

Former could probably best be discarded

The straight references should work without major work.

The keyword references could be usefully realligned with the relevant
source text, but clearly require some manual work.
