Most of the good wiki sites have a page export function, usually listed 
on the "special pages" page. Wikisource's is at 
http://wikisource.org/wiki/Special:Export

This will give the wiki formatted text, the same as you get from the 
edit page. But, overall, it's much less work, once you've drawn up a 
list of pages you need to grab, and it is much easier on the server, if 
you need to repeat the process.
