[sword-devel] HTTP InstallMgr

Heya  :)

Glad to see the code could be used.  Will check it out later today and  
play with it.  :)

Just a quick note on the HTTP directory parsing code:  it was based on  
some Obj-C code that Ian Wagner wrote for PocketSword, so thanks to  
him, too  :)
