[sword-devel] Sword utility emptyvss - suggestion for optional switches

As some Bible modules are OT only, and some NT only, it would be useful to
enhance the emptyvss utility with a couple of optional command line
switches.

emptyvss -ot ModuleName
would restrict output to the OT

emptyvss -nt ModuleName
would restrict output to the NT
