[sword-devel] SwordReader - eVC 3.0 discontinued

Guys,
I was preparing to reinstall Windoze on my desktop when I noticed that 
the eVC 3.0 download no longer exists at Microsoft's site. Unless we are 
legally able to distribute this amongst ourselves we should consider 
either porting to eVC 4 or discontinue eVC support altogether. If we 
discontinue eVC support altogether this will likely impact users of 
older  windows ce  devices.

Input, and suggestions are welcome here.
