Peter,

Speaking from my own experience, I have found that offering to provide a
mobile phone application using Go Bible, and offering this as an
unconditional free service, this can be the expression of good faith that
can lead to greater co-operation from copyright owners (i.e. for CrossWire
in general).

This fits in with the Lord's saying, "Give, and it shall be given unto you."
(Luke 6:38).
