I am sorry if this is has been discussed before, if it is just ignored.

But if haven't discussed before, I think there are 2 ways to add
enhancement (in this context) in the conf file
- by put it inside the conf file attribute eg: xxxSomething or
Something[xx], etc
- by put it outside/in the conf file name itself eg: kjv.conf,
kjv_xxx.conf, etc Something similar like Java properties file works.
