[sword-devel] MorphGNT/Tisch update

The MorphGNT and Tisch modules are updated and re-released. Everything 
looks to work more correctly now.

For BibleCS specifically, it highlights a bug(?) that I hadn't noticed 
before. The "Lemma" button controls Strong's number but not lemma 
toggling--which made sense when lemma toggling controlled display of 
both. But since they're now separated, the lemma button should be 
changed to a Strong's button and a new lemma button should be added. 
Until then, there's no need to report this as a bug.
