[sword-devel] Names

My current convention is:

[NCTM_GCB_Ephesians031]
  ^   ^   ^          ^
  |   |   |          BookID at NCTM
  |   |   Book name 
  |   Author (Initials)
  Organisation

but, that's just me, (I'm, still developing them), and after the 
commentaries are done, and the licencing issues are worked out, then I 
was going to finalise it.
