[sword-devel] new ICU dll (probably nothing to see here)

Okay, there's a build of current SVN in the same location as the rc1 
called "BibleCS-1.5.8pre2.zip". I make no guarantees of anything with 
regard to this build except that it runs.

No, apps are statically linked to all non-system libraries (Sword, ICU, 
CLucene, etc.). The ICU DLL only contains data.
