Thanks for reporting. Yeah, we're now using ICU to capitalize all
languages (not for display, but rather in keys before parsing, so
functionality is not case-sensitive). I'll make a note to write a
little utility to OUTPUT what sword wants as the uppercase version of
what it's complaining about, then you can just paste that into your locale.
Again, thanks for all the Thai domain expertise. We'd be clueless in
this area without you.
