[sword-devel] 1.5.8RC3 / Locales

g'day,

I've been focused on other tasks and have only had time to browse the 
messages on this list. Since this thread is about the sword engine, I've 
ignored most of the messages. Now I'm curious about the reference to 
Locales. Is this related to the Locales conf files in Windows SwordCS? 
Will this replace the UI .conf and Bible .conf files? Please excuse my 
ignorance.
