My apologies to everyone who have attempted to contribute locales.  I've 
given you a moving target to hit.  The release candidates are feature 
frozen and should have no new strings to translate.

If you have a locale that you would like included in the final release, 
please use the latest release candidate with your locale and any strings 
you spot that aren't translated, please add to your locale file.  When 
you're happy with the state of your locale, please email to 
sword-patches@crosswire.org.
