[sword-devel] Sword VC++ DLL

I've added a project to the CVS for building the Sword library as a DLL
under MS Visual C++ 6.0.  Those wishing to build for themselves can find it
in apps/windoze/vc/Sword.  Those not wishing to build it themselves can find
it compiled at

l-1.5.1.zip .  It should have all public member functions exported, but it
is possible that I missed some classes.

This is a pretty significant step towards being able to compile for WinCE,
I'm hoping.
