[sword-devel] Implemented writable interface in RawText

you can now right click on the sword module in the CVS browser window
and select 'update', and you will resync your repository with the latest
code on the server.  There is a good option to check when doing this...
something like 'create directories if they don't exist'.  This will not
only update your currently checked out code, but will also add any new
directories that have been added to the tree.

I've compiled mod2vpl, vpl2mod, and mkfastmod.  They are in the alpha
directory on the test page.  I DON'T KNOW IF THEY WORK CORRECTLY ON
WINDOWS; I'VE ONLY COMPILED THEM.

I also added a subdirectory: bcppmake, that contains the project files
to build these utilities under Borland C++ Builder.
