[osis-users] Representing non-original readings in OSIS (i.e. square-bracketed sections)

Unfortunately, the Manual does not reflect the XML Schema here. Looking
through the Schema, the "rdg" element is only referenced as being the child
of:

   - note (noteCT)
   - p (pCT)

Is this an oversight? Even so, how would the <rdg> element represent
subordinate passages?
