I have attached what I believe is a solid OSIS encoding of the text you
sent.
Having the Word version of the document was helpful in sorting out the
intent, (I had if from an earlier exchange with Larry Waswick). You may
want to post the 2 pages that are in the example you posted so the rest
of the group can see where you started.
Please look at the comments in the attached XML encoding.
