A <l> element is a "line" of poetry (that will closely follow the Hebrew
line strategy if the translator translated the line structure to follow
the Hebrew line structure, but may have its own line structure if the
translator choose to create his own line patterns).
If a "line" of poetry is broken for typographic reasons then an <lb>
element with the appropriate type attribute will be specified.
