Guys,

A very rough and no doubt incomplete cut on the issues and best
practices for Dallas.

Suggestion: Go ahead and edit the HTML and add issues, examples,
citations, etc., then email back to me. (Full examples, using entities
please, with solutions are welcome). I can cut-n-paste into the original
XML file from there.

Anticipate recording our decisions and best practices in the XML file so
we can produce daily updates in HTML for posting to the list. Seems like
a good way to track our work and get feedback while we are in Dallas.

The last time I can add issues will be Wednesday, say no later than 8:00
AM DST on the East Coast. I will post the final version by NOON. I will
have to leave for the airport about 12:30 PM.

Don't be discouraged by the length of the list. We are going to take a
few minutes the first day to organize them in terms of priority. Some
issues may have common solutions but we won't find them if we don't know
about the issues. Specific example citations help a lot!

BTW, Todd is by far and away the leader on issues at this point! Way to
go Todd!

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Patrick
