[osis-core] other div types to consider

I looked through a print Bible and found other div types that we might 
consider adding to our list, which were not mentioned at the meeting:

acrostic (only relevent to Psalm 119, as far as Bibles go, but some 
publishers have a specific element for marking acrostic divisions in 
their Bibles)
foreword (we have afterword already; is this just a sort of introduction?)
jacket (separate from coverPage?)

Then there are the "Weights & Measures", "Presented to", "Marriages", & 
"Deaths" pages.
