[osis-core] Alpha attached, needs two regexes - osisDivs

Patrick,

I noticed you shortened "subSection" to "subSec" and "majorSection" to
"majorSec".  These do not occur very often so the extra characters will
impact file size and I think the complete word is helpful.

Also could we:
1) add "outline" to osisDivs.  I have been using it to identify things
that are outlines of books.
2) add "crossreference" to osisNotes.
