Patrick,

What is "Sacred" in osisWorkContents used for?

Does the inclusion of "Other" leave the gate open for trouble?  If we
did not have "Other" and one for the other enumerated values did not
apply, people would either incorrectly choose a value or use an x-
value.  I would rather see x- values than "Other". 

There was a point made earlier about the values in osisWorkContets all
starting with an upper case letter which is inconsistent with other
enumerated types.
