This is an OSIS XML document (auto-converted from ThML) 
with a link to an XSLT stylesheet that will transform it 
into HTML on the client side. If you save source in Internet 
Explorer, you get the XML OSIS.  XML spy should not be 
giving you a 404 if Netscape can find it.
