Yes!

Can we have a read only mailing list that mirrors posts to osis-core? 
OASIS does that with a member list (of a working group for example that 
only members of that group can post to) but also has a comment list, 
that anyone can subscribe and post on. The comment list gets all the 
member lists posts people can see what is happening.

In Harry's case, I would like to have him as a member of the actual 
working group.
