I want an easy way to say lxx:Ps.42.3 (for a pre-defined scheme such
as bible.lxx) without knowing author, title, publisher, etc.

If my work has lots of references to Aquinas' Summa, I might want to
make reference to a pre-defined scheme (summa:q135.3) without
defining a particular author, title, edition, etc.

I.e. I want an easy way to use one of the pre-defined systems.
