[osis-core] osisCore_Candidate.1.1_006 - 1 - <refSystem> and globalAttributues AND no workID attribute in <work>

Todd,

Actually,

osisText has an osisWork attribute and,

work has an osisWork attribute.

Suggested attribute renaming:

osisText has osisWork attribute (same type, defaults to Bible)

work has workID?

Any other places I need to change to make this work?
