[osis-core] New work item to consider?

Steve,

But just after osisCore.1.1 hits the street on 1st of September. Right? ;-)

Will try to go through all the outstanding posts and generate a summary 
proposal with syntax on each separate issue (unless someone else wants 
to take that on tonight). ;-) I will be back at the keyboard later 
tonight but generally don't do any serious editing in the evening, just 
too mistake prone. Started right at 4 AM this morning so I guess it is 
time for my fingers to be a little less nimble.

Looking stronger all the time!!
