[osis-core] Common References

Guys,

Building on the suggestion I made earlier to Todd's post on verse
references in the TEV, consider the following:

TEV collapses Gen.17.17 and Gen.17.18 into one verse.

In such cases, should we simply suggest best practice is to indicate a
standard reference scheme (since the TEV does so but implicitly)?

In other words, for TEV, there should be a CommonStart="KJV.Gen.17.17"
CommonEnd="KJV.Gen.17.18" which allows people to indicate the foreign
reference scheme (i.e., not the one they are using) but preserves their
unique IDs, OSISID="TEV.Gen.17.17-18" for their internal IDREFS, note
attachment, etc.

CommonStart and CommonEnd being required to be ReferenceType?

Comments?

Patrick
