[osis-core] osis_0107: noteStart?

This is a case of "asleep at the wheel" sorry.  I had meant to put them
back in but didn't between logging changes and actually doing them.  I
went back to an older version and the names were actually "startNote"
and "stopNote".

Were you able to actually use the files I sent you or did you just apply
the changes to you existing version.  (You had said earlier that the
files I sent you had bogus characters somewhere.)

I am updating my local copy of OSIS_0108 to include these elusive guys.
