[osis-core] Yikes! ID Errors

Guys,

So much for relying on XMLSpy for validation!

The question I posed to Troy about multiple ID datatypes on a single 
element? Turns out you cannot have that occuring. I checked the spec, 
but was confused since my $400 software said it was OK. To avoid being 
embarrassed on the xml-dev list just in case it was crummy software, I 
checked the latest OSIS_0104.xsd release with IBM software.

You guessed it! Validation errors out the  waaa-zu! And the ones I 
suspected would happen.

I am going throught it completely tonight and early tomorrow (have a 
meeting with the user documentation writer around one PM so will be out 
for 3-4 hours around lunch time) and will have another release for you 
tomorrow.

Sorry 'bout that!

But I would rather find it now than after a public release of a 1.0! ;-)
