[mobile-devel] Updated French translation for and-Bible

Hi Marcin,

I have checked in the updated files.

In properties files you need to use escape sequences like \u2019 instead of
UTF8 characters.  You can see examples in some of the  other properties
files in JSword.  This is different to the xml files in which you can embed
UTF8 characters.
